Co-founder of SCR (Step City Records record label), Sign Language (vehicle lettering), Cleveland Transport (trucking company), Wide World Transport (highway pilot car), and others. And today he owns an operates several small businesses. Over the past 30 years, Coach Compton had many successes and failures. Then he decided to make a change. Steve spent thousands of hours and tens of thousands of dollars studying and learning from some top influencers, marketers, and leadership experts - attending their seminars, masterminds, programs, and certifications. This is when he found the secret sauce for entrepreneurial success: Personal & Professional Development / Certified Coaching & Training. And  As a result, his insurance business grow 300%. He lead in national sales for 2 years producing $4,000,000 in sales. In 2017, Coach Compton started his sales coaching program for sales agents. Today, he continues to run his insurance business, vending business, and others.
