Shyair is a born entrepreneur who lives by the creed; see a need, fill a need. Starting his first business at just 6 years old, he has since established and sold 5 highly successful businesses across various industries.Shyair comes from Singapore, where he served his national service with the Singapore Police Force and learnt the indispensable value of discipline and courage.After graduating at the top of his class at the American University in Dubai, the financial prodigy went on to dominate the corporate world. Starting his career at P&G and then quickly becoming the youngest Category Director in company history, developing and executing strategy across billion dollar brands. With a relentless obsession for staying ahead of the curve, Shyair started exploring the blockchain space as early as 2015 and was convinced that DeFi is the future of finance and Web 3.0 the future of technology. Thus he started developing Metaverse strategies for his company and several others.It is the amalgamation of this entrepreneurial spirit, military discipline and audacious ambition that Shyair hopes to employ in building Metacom into a global powerhouse of the future.
