I am the principal of Communilogue, an empathy consulting firm. I'm an international keynote speaker and a subject matter expert on communicating with empathy. A lifelong stutterer, I use my speech impediment to teach what empathy is, why empathy fails and everyday empathy actions that improve team collaboration. I've spoken at companies on improving team communication and collaboration; at conferences on vulnerability as an asset; and has given a TEDx talk on empowering insecurities. My corporate empathy practice teaches organizations how to build cultures of empathy from the ground up. I facilitate conversations around how individuals can be better empaths in the office and in life in general.
