I LOVE what we do in Human Resources and Organization Development. I LOVE being able to help organizations develop capabilities and I LOVE being able to touch human lives. After a decade of serving the private sector in Human Resources Management, I founded in early 2015 SESIL PIR Consulting GmbH, a research-based management consultancy based in Switzerland to serve mid-size to multinationals around Human Resources, Organizational Development, Talent, and Leadership topics. Later in 2016, we invested in Whirling Chief, an open-source digital learning & collaboration platform to champion humanity in the workplace.
