Sawyer is a data craftsman based in the woods of West Michigan, USA. His work focuses on business intelligence, data engineering, data warehousing, and data platform architecture. He holds cloud data certifications related to data engineering, Apache Spark, and business intelligence. Over his career, he has worked with dozens of companies to strategize and implement data platforms, analytics, and technology to drive growth.For the last two years, he has been a Sr. Data Engineering Consultant at Microsoft.He’s a firm believer that February is the longest month of the year (at least in Michigan) and that Michigan is the state with the best summers.
