I am a veteran IT professional with over 22 years of experience working as a Developer, Business Analyst, Architect, Project/Program Manager, and Salesforce Administrator. I have worked in Media Entertainment, Utility,  Finance, and Insurance domains. I have gained a great amount of expertise in solving complex business problems and driving innovating technological solutions for businesses. My interest in Salesforce started when my current organization decided to implement Salesforce in a big way. I started looking to gain know-how and experience in Salesforce. This led to me various online courses and sources which had often incomplete or inaccurate information. I decided to create my own study notes which helped me immensely to prepare and the pass my exam in my first attempt.
