Barista coffee trainer since 2019 with 3 years working as an AST with SCAA.My career pathMy coffee career started in 2015 when I opened with a colleague a speciality coffee shop and roastery in France.  Since then I developped my skills and passion, wishing more and more to share my knowledge and experiences with other like-minded coffee nuts!Today I offer training and consultation services (standard and bespoke) in person and online.  The most popular courses are espresso introduction and latté art, which requires experience as a pre requisit.
