Sage's passion for maximizing human potential has led to over 20 years of experience working in public, private, and not-for-profit sectors. Her speciality is relational leadership and communication, working with mission-driven leaders to create organizational cultures that ensure greater success and satisfaction. From global companies to public eduction, Sage is known for facilitating uncomfortable conversations that support growth, connection, and inclusivity.  She holds a Bachelor's Degree with honors from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master's Degree from the University of Colorado at Denver. Sage is also an author and podcast host.
