Before moving into education as a Lecturer in Accounting, I worked in various Group Financial Accounting roles preparing Financial Statements under IFRS and Generally Accepted Accounting Practice in the UK.I have personally been involved in preparing almost 100 consolidated financial statements providing me with expertise in the end-to-end process of constructing financial statements from foundations up. I have vast experience on preparing and reporting on company’s financial performance and position.After gaining industry experience, I moved into education teaching accounting and financial reporting. I craft educational resources in accounting, finance, and data visualisation using Excel and Tableau. I believe in leveraging technology to enhance student learning. As part of designing my courses I integrate resources to allow you practical hands-on experience as part of student learning.I apply my expertise and extensive effort in crafting my courses to enhance your learning and up-skilling journey.
