Russell is a veteran of the UNITED STATES NAVY and is a published author in the field of Organizational Psychology. Russell has an extensive background in Business Operations Management, Organizational Development/Effectiveness which includes successes in leading and managing efforts related to organizational and operational change, organizational design, team effectiveness modeling, employee pulse assessment/action planning, diagnosing-changing organizational culture, linking organizational strategy to business outcomes, metrics development, process creation, improvement, troubleshooting, strategy development (…using BOST), strategy mapping and balance scorecard workshops and growing enterprise project and change management maturity.Russell also enjoys lecturing at local universities on topics such as Organizational Culture and Leadership, Diagnosing-Changing Organizational Culture, Leading Change, Establishing Project Management Maturity, Intrinsic Motivation-what drives Employee Engagement and Psychological contracts.Russell has a passion for the arts. He not only plays the acoustic/electric guitar but enjoys attending musicals.
