Rogerio Manso

Project Manager with more than twenty-five years of IT experience including more than fifteen years of experience managing projects into consolidated PMOs (Project Management Offices), particularly in the areas of information technology and finance.  He holds a Bachelor of Information Technology, an MBA and a Master of Project Management.  In addition, he holds certifications for PMP, Scrum Master, ITIL, Cobit and MS- Project 2007.   During his career, he was responsible for several major projects in Canada and Brazil such as software deployment, infrastructure migration, improving work processes, etc. His experience covers multi-projects with over 2M US$ budgets, working with more than 30 professionals and multiple vendors.   He has deep knowledge of all phases of project management using methodologies such as waterfall or agile. He has also a large experience working on Project Management Offices. His expertise creating dashboards and reports to communicate project and portfolio performance is highly recognized.   Mr. Manso has a great sense of organization and discipline in delivering projects.
