I'm Richard, your mentor in this course, and I'm on a mission to help you develop the confidence and skills you need to create captivating and impactful videos that people love to watch in today's busy online world.But just like many others before you, I wasn't always confident in front of the camera...I wasn’t born camera-ready. Nope... Just like many people, I was a shy kid and became an even shyer adult. In my career as a filmmaker and producer, I felt better when I was behind the camera, not in front of it.Over the past decade, my career has taken me on an extraordinary journey, allowing me to make thousands of videos, working with all sorts of brands as a videographer and content marketing consultant. I've been lucky enough to learn from and work with some pretty big names - think Tom Ferry, Gary Vaynerchuk, David Goggins, Tom Bilyeu, Joseph McClendon III, David Dang Vu and many others.A significant reason why I was able to succeed in my career was because of one important skill: helping any person in front of the camera give their best performance. This allowed us to create videos that command attention, resulting in hundreds of thousands, and sometimes, even millions of views.As a seasoned content creator, I firmly believe in the enormous untapped potential that lies within each one of us. I've seen a lot of people with great ideas who just can't bring themselves to make their videos. I studied the best speakers while working with them. After practicing for years, I now speak confidently on camera and with people.Now, I'm here to share what I've learned with you.
