Rebecca Duriga

Rebecca Duriga strongly believes in learning enjoyment. To this end, she has developed numerous pedagogical materials that aim to help students find joy in the process of improving their English. In the summer of 2022, she both assisted the Young Leaders Course Director and managed the Pre-Sessional English course at d'Overbroeck's in Oxford. After gaining Cambridge DELTA, the highest English teaching qualification currently available, she completed an MA in Creative Writing (Fiction and Script). In the last decade, Rebeca has taught General English, Business English, Exam Preparation English, Academic Writing and Critical Thinking in various cities in Poland and the UK, working for several International House schools, the British Council, Navitas, Robert Gordon University, the University of Sheffield and Lancaster University. She has also designed creative workshops for young adults whilst continuing to write creatively herself.
