I'm a dramaturg...a storyteller, a professor, and coach. I help empower the voices of aspiring leaders and executives, to share their stories to the world through large-scale virtual and in-person events. My journey towards Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion began decades ago when I co-founded the nation’s only performing Arts and Social Justice program at the University of San Francisco where I'm also a tenured full professor; as a former Jesuit dedicated to “a preferential option for the poor”; in developing the nation’s leading sexual violence prevention program for thousands of universities; and through coaching and training individual contributors in Employee Resource Groups (affinity groups) in global corporations. My passion is stories that advance the human condition in the world.
