Peter L, LL.B. (Hons)

Peter is a legal counsel with a passion for teaching.He read law in Singapore and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws Second Class (Upper Division) Honours. After training at a leading law firm, he was called to the Singapore Bar and worked as a qualified corporate lawyer.Peter then spent some time outside of private practice to help set up an organisation. It was there that he gained firsthand business and operational experience - in addition to receiving training in negotiation and mediation.Thereafter, Peter has served as a legal counsel in both the private and public sectors, and has acquired extensive experience handling contractual, litigious, procurement, compliance and intellectual property matters.He enjoys teaching and has taught business law as an adjunct faculty member at a Singapore university and in his private capacity.Having gone through the challenges of understanding law and contracts (and seen many others face the same), Peter finds joy in creating practical content that he wished he had access to when he was starting out in law school and in legal practice.
