Hi, my name's Nitin. I've been working in IT for over 15 years in a variety of roles ranging from development, architecture, and engineering management. Over the last 15 years, I have mainly worked as a hands-on engineering leader in the applications development designing solutions for startups and enterprise organizations.My experience in IT has included working with product requirements, envisaging technical solutions, design and architecture using SOLID principles and more.I have always enjoyed learning new techniques, patterns and principles. I have used many of these in the applications I have designed and built. I have also built, managed and scaled software development teams.I love to share the knowledge that I have gained from my experience working in different organizations, teams and with customer problems.
