Nina Bowman
About Instructor
Nina is an executive coach who leverages her strategy consulting and talent management background to support individuals with their career acceleration, leadership development, and career transition goals. She assists executives in gaining a stronger sense of self-awareness and takes a strategic and action-oriented approach to enhancing the behaviors which drive their individual success. Nina also provides leadership development training and consulting services to corporate and not-for-profit organizations looking to strengthen their leadership bench and prepare their future leaders.
She has experience in the corporate and not-for-profit sectors and has worked for Fortune 500, small company, and start-up businesses. Previously, Ms. Bowman was a Client Partner with Korn/Ferry International, a leading executive recruitment and talent management company. At Korn/Ferry, she specialized in the recruitment and assessment of senior-level executives in the Professional Services and Technology sectors.
Prior to joining the executive search and talent management industry, Ms. Bowman held various positions within the management consulting industry. She worked as an independent general management and strategy consultant; served as Senior Director of Corporate Strategy for a management and technology consultancy; and consulted to Fortune 500 companies in the pharmaceutical and medical products industry as a Senior Manager with Accenture.
Ms. Bowman holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Brown University. Nina received her coaching certification from the Georgetown Leadership Coaching Program. She is a member of the Institute of Coaching and the International Coach Federation.
