Naeem Rahman

As a mechanical design engineer with 5 years of experience, I have gained significant expertise in designing and developing mechanical products and systems across a variety of industries. Upon graduation, I landed their first job as a design engineer at a small manufacturing company, where they were responsible for designing mechanical components and process flow charts  for Oil and gas company Step Oiltools. I collaborated with other engineers and technicians to conduct testing and validation, and I used computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed models and drawings.As I gained more experience, I took on increasing responsibilities and became a senior design engineer, mentoring junior engineers and leading design projects. They continued to work in the design industry for several years, but eventually decided to branch out and pursue opportunities in other industries.Most recently, I worked for a technology company, where I designed mechanical components (composite material) and systems for high-tech products such as robotics and medical devices. In this role, I worked closely with software and electrical engineers to ensure that the mechanical design integrated seamlessly with the overall product design.
