Mignon Smit

Mignon Smit has a M.Ed. in Instructional Design, with a specialization in Online learning. She has worked at Universities, Medical Schools and designed total learning solutions for corporates. She developed a learning course for The New Clever (PTY) LTD. that focuses on the Anatomy of learning: Learning and brain development, mindset, habits and research-based strategies that enhance learning. She coaches learners on how small changes in studying has a big impact on learning.  She is currently Mentoring corporate SMEs in becoming online Instructional Designers.
