Michael Shan

Since 2015, Michael has worked in a variety of different customer-facing and in-house Tableau and data visualization roles. He was Tableau's best trainer globally by CSAT scores in 2018 and was hired as the New York Mets' first visualization engineer on their business operations team in 2022. He's also facilitated a top-rated workshop series for graduate programs at the University of Washington over the past several years.Michael loved teaching students complicated concepts in simple ways and is taking his enthusiastic energy and passion into recorded classrooms.
