The Glucose Revolution, written by a someone around a decade younger, doesn't quite cut it when perimenopause starts to kick in.I know that my female leaders want to look good, feel good, and have great productivity, and they don't have the time or energy to undertake gruelling diets or restrictive practices which will zap their time and energy.As a serial researcher (I have an MSc and various research publications), I wanted to share what I have personally discovered about wearing a continuous glucose monitor.I'm not a health nut, I have other priorities - a busy career and family and lots of other things I want to do. That's why I have been so impressed with the glucose monitor and cycle timing, it has felt effortless.
