I am an Engineer, Entrepreneur, Speaker and an MBA. I have worked in the United States for more than 25 years in various capacities and industries. Over the course of my career, I have seen how communication and speaking skills impact an individual at his / her workplace. People who are able to speak well get ahead (sometimes even when they dont know what they are talking about), while the smart ones lag behind (because they are not able to speak and articulate well).I started focusing on Communication & Speaking skills with the goal of improving my lot first. And then once I had reached a level, I want to coach others to improve theirs.I launched YapWorks in 2018 with the course called On My Mind. I have coached individuals, high schoolers, employees. I have conducted workshop for employers. YapWorks - On My Mind course on Udemy enables me to expand my audience footprint. I am passionate about seeing others improve their skills and make a difference in their endeavors.
