Mahesh Jhawar, is a Founder at M Jhawar and Associates, Chartered Accountants based out of Hyderabad and located at Taramandal Complex.Before founding the CA Practice, Mahesh gathered rich exposure in the fields of Risk Consulting (Includes consulting businesses on special transactions, Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures, Implementation of Standard Operating Procedures), Indirect Taxation (Includes Assisting in building Tools to perform Reconciliations, GST Refunds, Litigations and Compliances) from Ernst & Young.After coming into the practice looking at the changing dynamics of the industry with respect to the Startups, He trained himself and equipped to consult the start-ups.Currently, He is leading a team of 7 people and is focused on Start-up Consulting, Business and Risk Consulting and Indirect taxation.He is has a deep passion towards teaching and is being part of various institutions, Business schools delivering trainings on various topics including Indirect taxation, Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC), Income tax, Startups Etc;He believes in Team work and has a goal to make a holistic firm with a team full of enthusiasm.
