Len Norten

Len Norten is the author of Peak Results – The Guide to Get the Results You Want from Your Business. He and his wife of forty years, Trish, grew up in the Chicago area. After achieving a BS in Economics and MBA, Len started his professional career holding senior leadership roles in finance, planning, and operations with Fortune 500 companies such as American Airlines, John Deere, Cisco Systems and American Express. These roles were filled with many successes and many hard lessons learned. His entrepreneurial spirit was finally realized when he joined a small mobility dealer as CFO and COO. There he led the growth of the business from one to ten locations in four states quickly becoming one of the leading mobility dealers in the United States. After selling the business to a private equity company, Len followed his passion for helping small business owners by starting a business consulting and coaching practice in 2018 named Norten Consulting. He has worked with dozens of clients helping them improve their results. Len is also an Adjunct Professor teaching business courses at a local college and served on several nonprofit boards.
