Here, we also engage in projects aimed at enhancing organizational structure and optimizing people management within companies.I initiated my professional career at Epson as an HR Generalist, providing support to the company's executives and overseeing personnel management in various areas, including talent recruitment, training, performance evaluation, policy design, corporate culture, sustainability, onboarding, and more.Subsequently, I transitioned into the role of a Human Resources Consultant, specializing in the Recruitment of Technical profiles.I strongly believe that learning and education are the pathways to pursue, both for professional development and personal growth.
