Kid Jansen

Kid Jansen is an architect, consultant and speaker, helping organizations with implementing and customizing Salesforce, focusing on optimization and implementation of (field) service processes for tech organizations. He holds multiple Salesforce certifications including system architect, application architect and various consultant certifications. Kid has been a speaker on multiple occasions, mostly organized through the community, and is the founder of the CTA Study Group Benelux. He started with this initiative to help aspiring CTAs, including himself, with the preparations for the review board. His ambition is to become CTA in the first half of 2020.
