This belief is at the core of my message, one that I’ve shared far and wide with audiences, including TEDx, Google, YouTube, Experian, AT&T, Forbes, MSNBC, and many others.
My work as a keynote speaker, author, coach, and growth mindset thought leader has helped thousands of people improve their lives by implementing practical, simple techniques that incorporate mindfulness, positive psychology, neuroplasticity, and mental strength training. If you think of your mind as a muscle, I am the personal trainer who helps it to become stronger, healthier, and more efficient.

I know this because I’ve trained my own mind to overcome the unthinkable. At just 29 years old, I lost my husband and found myself struggling to move forward. I realized that it was up to me to make the conscious choice to let go of the negative thoughts and energy and turn them into positive, productive action. It was not just my life at stake, but also my two-year-old son’s. This was the catalyst to discovering my Stop & Shift method and launching 100% Human™, a community where I share knowledge, tools, and techniques geared toward mindset training and sustainable joy. Now with a book, also titled Stop & Shift, I continue to spread my message far and wide in hopes of helping as many people as possible—and with my mindset, there’s no stopping me.
