I’m fascinated with designing, managing, and improving supply chain systems. Everything from managing suppliers to ensuring we can deliver our products to our customers as fast as possible.And I’ve got well over a decade worth of experience doing this. I’ve held roles managing and improving manufacturing operations, developing and assessing suppliers, and conducting customer quality investigations. I’ve served as a production manager where I was responsible for the smooth delivery of final products to our customers in a department that worked round the clock 24 hours.Currently, I work as a technical consultant helping companies understand how manufacturing operations management software fits inside their unique supply chain processes, and how it can be used to enhance their day-to-day operations.I love learning from others and teaching others, and that’s why I decided to make this course.
