I am passionate about people development, culture, leadership and learning - this is my work, and what I like to write about - in fact, I am also a Lynda.com/LinkedIn Learning Author, and an Expert Presenter at conferences and Organizational Consultant. I founded an international talent consulting practice that specializes in developing contextual solutions in the domains of learning, talent management, leadership and organization development, and talent acquisition that are both strategic and operational. For over 20 years I have successfully designed and led regional and global projects for leading companies in the technology, financial and professional services, pharmaceutical, retail (FMCG) and manufacturing sectors: Daiichi Sankyo, Allianz, Google, Wells Fargo, Ernst & Young, W.L. Gore and Swarovski. I work effectively in complex, global and matrixed organizations, and have strong intercultural skills developed by working with diverse colleagues and clients in New York, San Francisco, Munich and Zurich. Through my coaching and facilitation practice, I have has worked with executives, managers and their teams in Fortune 100 & DAX 30 companies. As a master coach I've has supported hundreds of his individual clients to achieve their goals in the interconnected areas of performance, career and life.
