Jennifer Marchi

Jen studies the impact of leadership on culture, engagement, teams, and organizational performance. As a practitioner, Jen spends her time in three key areas: executive coaching, leadership program design, and talent strategy.Jen often works with leaders who are navigating change, building their team or functional area, fine-tuning their style, or making a transition into a new role. She brings empathy and a broad perspective to each engagement, with 17 years of experience in human capital and strategy leadership roles at The Monitor Group (now Monitor Deloitte) and Sonos and as the Founder and a Managing Partner at HAVEN since 2016.Jen has deep expertise in leadership challenges faced in technology, biotechnology, and professional services. She has worked with leaders in more than 50 early-stage high-growth companies and intimately understands the unique challenges they face.
