I believe that people want to experience being fully alive as their truest self at work and at home--without self-criticism, self-doubt or anxiety--but they just don't know how to get there sometimes. As a somatic coach and educator, I've worked with thousands of smart creatives, entrepreneurs, direct-care practitioners, business leaders and stay at home parents to supply them the practices and experiences that answer the question of HOW to show up differently. In addition to working in a high-touch way with 1:1 clients, my signature training, Yours Truly, is all about leveraging your nervous system, body and brain to be your best self in the situations and relationships that matter to you most. From the outside it looks like I help people manage stress, communicate more effectively, focus on what's important and gain confidence and calm. But what I really do is help people find the felt experience of self-compassion and self-trust upon which they can build more purposeful, joyful and successful professional and personal lives.
