My career in maintenance management has led me to conclude that a fundamental shift in the way we educate our maintenance management personnel is needed for maintenance and business best practices to become the norm in industry.As one of the founders at the maintenance academy, I've taken a side step from my career in the industry to help others achieve the career satisfaction they deserve.
