I am passionate about helping organisations create dynamic, engaging initiatives that drive employee engagement, inform clients and promote a sustainable ethos.  During my twenty years working in the film and TV, energy and NGO sectors, I have created diversity and inclusion platforms, engineered a global ocean regeneration initiative and launched an interactive sustainability engagement platform.  I know it is possible to become a purpose-led organisation that protects the planet and its people. Organisations I have worked for include BBC, C4, Edinburgh Television Festival, Sky TV and Australian Tourist Board.
