I am well-versed in adapting to rapidly evolving environments by cultivating productive relationships, thinking outside the box, and demonstrating flexibility and an innovative mindset. ★ Few highlights of my career are: ☛ I secured 250K downloads on the first day of the product launch by leading the software development team of five engineers on the design of BBC iPlayer using Microsoft Xbox 360 and Sony PlayStation. ☛ I reduced customer complaints by more than 90% and maximized the performance of the Lynda.com video player through updating software and reducing the total Lynda.com bug count from over 200 P1 issues down below 10 P1 issues. ☛ I delivered support to certify BBC TV iPlayer on over 30 devices while acting as a certification manager and technical contact. I am technically proficient in Java, C#.NET, and JavaScript and have experience working with other languages, including Actionscript, Flash, Silverlight, MHEG, and OpenTV. I have experience with software engineering practices, including Agile development, Test Driven Development (TDD), and Behaviour Driven Development (BDD). I also have experience with line management and recruitment.
