We, at Iconic Techno Solutions Pvt. Ltd., are providers of Engineering Automation Solution to switchboard manufacturers. We also provide Solar solutions.We are team of highly experienced electrical engineers who have worked in the switchboard manufacturing industry for almost 25-30 years and have now completed 10 years in IT based solution for the switchboard industry.We have extensive hands on experience and we have worked with some prominent companies like  Siemens, Schneider, L&T, Legrand, etc. We have not only gotten opportunity to work on projects for the Indian market but also for the international market.During all these years, we worked with different people, with different skill set, and we have got the job done. We taught them , trained them and guided them throughout but without any formal training procedure or material.What we have realized that there a basic gap that needs to be filled between college education and industry, and hence we have taken this step to start Iconic-educademy, wherein we don't only what to help freshers and new comers who join our organisation but also help everyone out their looking to fill this gap wrt. practical relevance in the working environment. People now what to learn based on their own convenience and comfort. And hence, we are coming with online courses in areas we have worked in and have extensive experience in.We hope that these course will help people advance in their careers or at least decrease the learning curve time when they join a company.
