Alyssa Smedley

Hello, I'm Alyssa, aka Horrible Horris.

I'm an animator, illustrator, motion designer and general creative dabbler! 

My day jobs include, Motion Graphics Artist at ABC News, Teaching at both RMIT and Swinburne and co-directing a small production company where I head up visual development. This particular role has had me turn a hand at many different facets of the animation process, including character design, storyboarding, 2D and stop-motion animating, directing and even a spot of hand modelling! Before I got here though, I was a fulltime Motion Designer and regular creative freelancer. 

When I'm not creating for work, I am creating for leisure. Most recently (and probably most proudly) I made a crochet wombat for my two nephews, featuring a little bum flap, filled with little cube poos.
