Gary Hornstien

Gary’s been working for the local church since he was a teenager. He’s a graphic designer turned motion graphic artist turned cinematographer. In 2007, his love for hearing people’s stories of life change propelled him toward learning / figuring out the best way to capture interviews through the lens. While most dp’s are continually after the latest and greatest gear, Gary’s goal is simple: “Make the interviewee the focus.” Gary’s run the gauntlet of working on stories with extravagant budgets to being part of a church plant (Generations Church) in Denver, CO. “No lights? No problem.
