Hi, I am Felix and I am a passionated entrepreneur and customer success expert. I am the co-founder of the Start-up VENMATE. VENMATE is a Customer Success SaaS solution that digitizes and automates CSM processes and enables CS Managers to become experts in their filed. In the past, I have been working in management consulting and corporate venture building for many years. Bringing expertise from consulting companies on their Revenue Practices (including CSM) theoretically, but also building up ventures from scratch and in this process building their entire operations processes and teams.
