My roles progressed from an engineer to senior quality management position culminating in 30 years with various company ranging from SME, contract manufacturers to several large multinational corporation in consumer electronics, industrial product and aerospace.I had worked in one of the world largest multinational computer technology company for 17 years as a supplier quality manager overseeing various suppliers. An expert in supplier quality management with commodity knowledge of PCBA, SMT technology, battery and LCD/touch panel manufacturing technology, huge system assembly and process control, aerospace parts and end item.I have use my supplier quality management experience and skill to design a unique course on how to manage supplier through 7 essential aspect to achieve consistent quality part from supplierI am also the author of 3 books related to quality engineering application towards zero defects product and as business strategy tools.
