Prior experience includes advertising executive roles with global media organizations & roles in higher Ed as associate dean & chair. She holds an EdD focused on organizational change & leadership from USC. Her research focused on the FOW, AI, & the skills gap crisis. She holds a MA in Org Mgmt, MBA, micro-credentials in AI business strategy from MIT, data analytics & HR from Cornell University & training in future studies from IFTF & is EQ-i 2.0 certified.
