My clients want to go beyond checking the Inclusion & Diversity box! They are on a mission to create a culture where everyone loves to go to work. To make their vision a reality, I conduct a comprehensive assessment of their current state which includes reviewing employee surveys, exit interviews and recruiting strategies. Next, I meet individually with key stakeholders to develop a deeper understanding of the issues and opportunities that need to be addressed. We will review my findings and recommendations to develop a data-driven strategy with metrics worth measuring. Then finally, we'll execute the strategy and refine it along the way.
My process works because I have 30+ years of HR experience, including 10 years at the executive leadership level. I have been researching, strategizing and executing Inclusion & Diversity and Multi-Generational workplace initiatives since 2007.
