Rebecca Newton, Ph.D., is an Organisational Psychologist, lecturing in Management Practice at the London School of Economics, and faculty member teaching on various executive education courses at Harvard Law School. Rebecca is CEO of consultancy, CoachAdviser, and an adviser, executive coach and facilitator of leadership development programmes. She is a Senior Visiting Fellow at LSE; prior to this, Rebecca was a Visiting Fellow at Harvard University. She is a regular contributor to the Harvard Business Review and Forbes, serves on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Change Management, and has facilitated executive education for LSE, Duke CE, the University of Cambridge and Harvard Business Publishing. Rebecca is the author of Authentic Gravitas: Who Stands Out and Why (TarcherPerigee, Penguin Random House, 2019). Rebecca is a regular keynote speaker in corporate conferences with engagements including Accenture, Eversheds, EY, GE and Natwest Markets. She has chaired sessions for the CIPD and the British Psychological Society, and has spoken on Intergroup Leadership at Harvard Kennedy School. Rebecca has coached and advised leaders and teams globally across multiple industries for 20 years. She is a Master Practitioner with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, a Fellow at the Harvard/McLean Institute of Coaching and a Registered Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia. Specialising in leadership and management development, organisational culture, change, influence, communication and collaboration, Rebecca has advised leaders and professionals from AstraZeneca, Bank of America, Barclays, Coca-Cola Enterprises, Ericsson, Google, HSBC, Industrial Bank of China, Microsoft, Mishcon de Reya, Nike, Panasonic, PwC, State Bank of India and various UN agencies.
