Dr. Constantine “Dino” KiritsisConstantine (Dino) is an award - winning business professional business oper­ating as an entrepreneur & consultant in the Business, HR, training & development industry. He is considered a world-class inspirational trainer / presenter having trained and led diverse events for numer­ous corporations and associations. He has delivered close to 20,000 hours of profession­al training, hosting & presentations in the last 20 years in more than 40 countries in Europe, Asia and the Middle East mainly to corporate clients.He is founder of StudySmart, a com­pany offering consulting, professional qualifications training mainly for corporate clients. He is also a consultant and International Curriculum Development expert for PwC’s Academy in the CEE and the Middle East. Dino has also done work with PwC’s Global Steering Commit­tee for Private Company Services and has developed the curriculum, methodology and mapping procedure for PwC’s Mini MBA programme being offered in the CEE region & the Middle East in more than 10 countries. He is known for his innovative flowcharting training techniques which have been licensed by a number of organizations and responsible for many of his conference invitations. He recently (2019) won the Silver award by Boussias in Greece for his flowchart methodology offered through PwC’s Mini MBA Programme. ACCA named him one of its “tutor gurus’ in 2018 while his SBL (Strategic Business Leader) flowchart has been used by thousands of candidates around the world. He trains on ACCA, CIMA, SHRM and MBA programmes around the world, while his areas of delivery are: Business Planning, Entrepreneurship, Strategy, Innovation & Creative Thinking, Governance and Human Resources. He has taught for the University of Surrey, Strathclyde Business School, Henley Management College (University of Reading), the American College of Greece and also supervised DBA’s for Nottingham Business School.As a mentor on select business start-ups he has donated his services to a significant number of organizations. He is the author of an educational guide offered in Greece from 2004 to 2010 (7th edition), a book on common sense called “Are you Serious” (2019) and has been an active speaker on entrepreneurship, innovation, educational, professional training and business develop­ment issues in over 100 events in the past decade. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut (USA), a Masters and a PhD from the University of Surrey (UK), a Diploma in Corporate Governance from the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) is an Associate Member (AICA) of the International Com­pliance Association and a Senior Certified Professional from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM – SMP) USA. Finally, he is a member of the board of SoFIA (School of the Future International Academy) and the President of the SHRM Global Forum for Greece and Cyprus.He is Married to Antigoni Dafni and has two children, Maria-Olympia and Theodore
