My purpose of life is:● take an active role in the change for the better● learning and improving constantlyI have completed my secondary education at TED Kayseri College and bachelors and masters studies in architecture at Istanbul Technical University. After more than 20 years of management experience in the construction sector, I had a transformation process for myself; I have earned entrepreneurship, mentoring, coaching and agile management certificates. I completed my second bachelor’s degree in sociology at Istanbul University with the idea that "we work with people for people, but we know little about people".I’m the founder of DEĞİŞİM MİMARI (ARCHITECT OF CHANGE) Innovative Management Consultancy firm, especially for construction sector firms and technology entrepreneurs.● AGILE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND INNOVATION IN THE VUCA WORLD● AGILE ORGANIZATIONS AND MANAGEMENT IN THE VUCA WORLDI provide trainings and mentor/coach organizations in their transformation processes to agile businesses in a way that will develop potential from change.My most powerful aspect is that I look evaluate organizations in a holistic and creative way with my architectural background and enable knowledge to grow by transferring as much as possible by touching different segments and sectors and establishing collaborations.I believe in young people and entrepreneurial perspective; I think that it is necessary to give them an opportunity to make the world a better place.With the belief that everyone should take the initiative to change society I have founded two communities for Construction Industry:● Happy Construction-for Happy World: Agile Transformation platform in the Construction Industry and● ContechVerse-The Ecosystem of Contech Startups- Autonomous and virtual start-up incubation centre platform of the Construction IndustryI develop projects for the development of the Construction Industry in terms of agility and technology.I participate the CONFEDERATION OF INTERNATIONAL CONTRACTORS' ASSOCIATIONS-Construction 5.0 working group to carry my pioneering works on the development of the construction industry to the international level.I’m from Kayseri, the city from entrepreneurs and a mother of a son; I carry out activities in different sectors with the goal of happy employees, happy customers and value-adding work.Yaşam amacı,● iyiye güzele doğru değişimin içinde etkin rol almak● sürekli öğrenmek ve gelişmekOrta öğrenimini TED Kayseri Koleji’nde, mimarlık lisans ve yüksek lisans eğitimlerini İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi’nde tamamladı. İnşaat sektöründe 20 yılı aşan yönetim deneyiminin ardından, kendi için bir dönüşüm sürecine girerek; girişimcilik, mentorluk, koçluk ve çevik yönetim eğitimleri aldı, “insanla insan için çalışıyoruz ama insanı tanımıyoruz” düşüncesi ile 2.lisans eğitimini İstanbul Üniversitesi’nde sosyoloji alanında yaptı. Halen kurucusu olduğu DEĞİŞİM MİMARI İnovatif Yönetim Danışmanlığı firması bünyesinde, özellikle inşaat sektörü firmaları ve teknoloji girişimcilerine yönelik olarak● DEĞİŞKEN DÜNYADA ÇEVİK İŞ GELİŞTİRME ve İNOVASYON● DEĞİŞKEN DÜNYADA ÇEVİK ORGANİZASYONLAR VE YÖNETİMtemaları ile eğitimler verip kurumlara değişimden potansiyel geliştirecek şekilde çevik işletmelere dönüşüm süreçlerinde mentorluk/koçluk yapmaktadır.En güçlü yanı mimarlık alt yapısı ile kurumlara bütünsel ve yaratıcı bir şekilde bakması ve mümkün olduğunca farklı segment ve sektörlere dokunarak ve iş birlikleri kurarak bilginin transferle büyümesini sağlamasıdır. Gençlere ve girişimci bakış açısına çok inanmaktadır, dünyayı daha güzel bir yer haline getirmek için onlara fırsat vermek gerektiğini düşünmektedir.Toplumu değiştirmek için herkesin inisiyatif alması gerektiği inancı ile:● Happy Construction-for Happy World İnşaat Sektöründe Çevik Dönüşüm platformunu ve● ContechVerse-The Ecosystem of Contech Startups- İnşaat Sektörünün otonom ve sanal start-up kuluçka merkezi platformunu kurmuştur.Türk İnşaat Sektörü’nün çeviklik ve teknoloji konusunda gelişmesi için projeler geliştirmektedir.İnşaat sektörünün gelişmesi konusundaki öncü çalışmalarını uluslararası boyuta da taşıyarak CONFEDERATION OF INTERNATIONAL CONTRACTORS' ASSOCIATIONS-Construction 5.0 çalışma grubunda yer almaktadır.Kayserili ve bir çocuk annesi olan Demet Demirer; mutlu çalışan, mutlu müşteri ve değer katan işler hedefi ile farklı sektörlerde faaliyetler yürütmektedir.
