Dave Bour

Dave develops IT people, processes, and infrastructure at early stage and nonprofit environments.  His strategic and tactical IT leadership is rooted in a background that includes 15 years of progressive IT experience, a degree in Industrial Computer Science, and industry certifications that include CISSP, CCNA, and CAPM.Often building from scratch, Dave has built teams of two through twenty-two in fast-moving startups where every decision has years of tail-end repercussions.  His goal is to share those learnings and help prepare those entering the field of IT or management with a map of the territory.Dave's approach to teaching is gently informed by his years as a Yoga and Indoor Cycling instructor.  You'll find the lesson plans thoroughly developed with precision from military experience.
