Ciaran Baird has a BEng in Automotive Engineering and an MSc in Mathematical Finance from Loughborough University and years of experience as a KDB developer with experience working on KDB projects across several industries including the automotive and financial sectors. During his career he has been part of teams developing robust and complex KDB tickerplants and hopes to use this experience to help other keen developers learn the power of programming in q.
