About Instructor

Before his consulting career, Chuck was a Program Manager in a DOD Programs at Hughes Aircraft (Fullerton, CA) and Interstate Electronics (Anaheim, CA). Chuck also served seven honorable years in US Navy Submarine force, on a nuclear powered ballistic missile submarine.               Following his military experience, Chuck started and successfully operated three management consulting companies beginning in 1984 and continuing to today. Chuck personally designed and created HPO21 - a powerful set of standards written as policies, practices and decision support tools. These are ideal for managers, and internal consultants and Chuck successfully marketed HPO21 to over 20,000 users who wanted to know how to create High Performing Organizations, including business, nonprofits, and government. Chuck was a first consultant to guide a major defense contractor (now part of Raytheon) to achieve Tri-Service Earned Value Project Management (EVMS) Validation in less than one year. Education Achievement: Master of Science in Systems Management, University of Southern California. Chuck has personally conducted hundreds of workshops for all types of managers including senior leaders, process managers, project managers, quality managers, human resource managers, and marketing managers.
