I'm a former technologist turned workplace culture and inclusion strategist. I advise clients on how to create and sustain high-performing, equitable, inclusive workplace cultures -- particularly in times of disruptive change. And I do that in a way that focuses on authentic, impactful, and sustainable results. I have expertise in diversity and inclusion, creating a workforce of the future, organizational change, digital transformation, and strategic talent development. Leaders call me when they want to answer questions like: -How do I build, develop, & retain a high performing, diverse, & inclusive workforce? -How do I keep my remote team engaged and productive? -How might I address bias in my organization's processes, technology, and culture? I own Tessi Consulting, a consultancy firm focused on organizational strategies for Fortune 1000 corporations. We do this by offering services in 3 key areas: 1) Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion - racial & gender equity, DEI assessments, DEI strategy, equity audits, fractional CDO 2) Learning and Development- skills based training workshops, leadership development programs, campus to corporate programming, and facilitation 3) Executive Coaching- coaching for senior leaders and talent leaders focused on creating diverse, inclusive culture or implementing a DEI strategy In the span of my 20 years in corporate consulting, I partnered with 100s of Fortune 500 organizations within 31 industries & sectors in 10 countries across 4 continents at the intersection of IT, strategy, M&A, business operations, and human capital. My passion is in helping companies and teams thrive. A TEDx speaker, keynote speaker, & avid writer on workforce related topics, my work has been featured in many publications such as Forbes, Inc. Magazine, Girlboss, Fast Company, and Time Magazine. I am currently writing my third and fourth business books focused on addressing diversity, inclusion, and creating meaningful cultures in the workplace.
