Greetings! I'm Carlos, an Electronic Engineer with expertise in Software Testing and automation. Over the course of 16+ years, I have amassed extensive experience as a QA professional, testing for various applications such as web, mobile, APIs, and IoT. Throughout my career, I have worked with software development companies across Latin America and New Zealand.  Currently, I am based in New Zealand, where I have been actively engaged in the QA field for a decade, serving multiple technology companies.During my time in New Zealand, I have not only gained knowledge from diverse cultures but have also improved my skills as a mentor for fellow testers. In my present role as the QA Practice Lead at Gallagher Group New Zealand, I guide a team of 8 Test Engineers, helping them enhance their testing practices, automate processes, prevent bugs, and elevate application quality.It is my true calling to impart knowledge to technology enthusiasts through my courses and channel, offering comprehensive insights into the captivating realm of testing.
