Ben Stimpson

Ben Stimpson is an author, teacher, integrative therapist and independant scholar in the fields of religious studies, classical and medieval studies.  He holds a diploma in Social Work from Humber College (Toronto), a diploma in Spiritual Psychotherapy from Transformational Arts College (Toronto) and a Bachelor of Liberal Arts minoring in Classical, Medieval and Religious studies.  He is a member in good standing with the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) in the United Kingdom.  In 2023, Ben's debut work "Ancestral Whispers: A Guide to Developing Ancestral Veneration Practices" was released through Llewellyn Worldwide.  A sought after speaker, he has presented at such conferences as the Salem Witchcraft and Folklore Festival; The Queering Mental Health Conference; and the Ancestral Magic Summit.  A prolific podcaster, he hosts the weekly 'Essence Podcast with Ben Stimpson" inwhich he interviews a leading name in the area of NeoPaganism, folklore, and related to topics. One of Ben's passions is teaching, which persuaded him to begin building courses for the Udemy platform.
